My profile header tells me it's been more that 9 weeks since I last observed primary user research on a product in my portfolio. That's too long.
Looking forward to a couple of sessions today and tomorrow to get my observation hours back up

@charlesroper In this case, over MS Teams for a remote research session. We also have a user research lab with observation room in NHS England's new Leeds office
@mattedgar Ah so you observe research already going on. I’d be very happy if we could get any research at all going on at my place. We’re a mid-size charity and don’t have an internal digital team anymore, let alone any digital researchers to observe. Frustrating but it is what it is.
