Morning all
Going to have a go at making gingerbread this week. Generally we make Gingerbread Bodies, stars, hearts etc. Mostly because any attempts at structural buildings tend to fail.
Anybody here love making gingerbread creations?

@EmmaMBearman @mattedgar Diabetic here, I can confirm that gingerbread is impossible to convincingly replicate with even the most convincing sugar substitutes. Either comes out as crusty mush or orange obsidian.
