I feel like I've posted this before, but: can anyone think of a creative use for this 1,142-page book of the University of Oxford Examination Regulations 2004 (for the academic year 2004–2005), other than recycling it?
@wjt yoga brick
@wjt A classic move would be to turn it into a book safe by hollowing out the center pages and installing a small lockbox.
@wjt Or, as a bit of art you could hollow it out and fill it with items one would be prohibited from having during an exam. Cheat sheet, radio earpiece, flask of whiskey, etc
@wjt Carve models in it, like Rachel did in "Me, Earl, and the Dying Girl". https://archimodelsinfilm.com/post/135319284278/me-and-earl-and-the-dying-girl
