My hypothesis is that the large number of users in a small number of IPv6 /64s is triggering some rate-limiting. Does <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/Signal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Signal</span></a> have the ability to apply reputation and rate-limits on a /128 basis for specific /64s? (Clearly future IETFs should use /64-per-host as <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.nl/@abhayakara" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>abhayakara</span></a></span> pointed out on the mailing list.)</p>
