#Dellinger, a Senate-confirmed appointee of President #Biden, was fired in a short email from the #Trump WH in Feb. He sued the admin to stop his ouster, saying it violated a #law barring the president from removing him except for “inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office.” His 5-year term was supposed to last until 2029.
