It’s applying for Grant of Probate for my last hubby's will. The first stage to go through so I can get my name on the Land Registry entry for my home.

I think it only gets properly complex if there’s inheritance tax involved, or someone decides to contest something. So far, everything here has been fairly straightforward and fuss free.
