It's nice that some people are using LinkedIn as a refuge from Twitter, but I find its algorithm has the highest chance of throwing "Oh, just *fuck off*" tab closing content into my face between info from people I care about. So, I probably miss an awful lot from people I'd like to see posts from.

@simoncox Yeah, it feels very like Facebook in that way. Often my wife wants to show me something she saw on FB, 99% of the time she gives up trying to find it. LinkedIn is very ephemeral like that, which is frustrating as I'd often like to promote something once it's sunk in
