@jamesjefferies have you ever had issues with premailer? Inlining CSS styles seems to be quite slow and very cpu intensive. And bootstrap-email means the nokogiri_fast adapter doesn't really work. Wondered if you'd used anything else or had similar issue
@ldodds not that I remember- I’m using bootstrap email on a project at the moment (not loads of emails) and it is ok - these emails go as part of the request cycle as well rather than in a queue
