The Unionist Barnett figure of £2000 extra per head spent in Scotland. Where does it come from? It's been £2000 / head for as long as I can remember, and no one ever questions it. Surely it can't still just be £2000 if that's how much it was 20 years ago.
@CloudyMrs Oh, that's an interesting point. Did you try writing to your MSP or MP to ask about it? It's the kind of thing that the Parliamentary Library or SPICe could probably answer almost instantly.
