Dealing with NHS prescriptions, 2024 edition:
logging on to SystmOnline, owned by *that* Tory donor
to check why LloydsDirect own stock issues are now giving the wrong answer in their system for the med they always send a month late
no way to even report the LloydsDirect error as you can't even type into the help chat, only click preselected options.
Oh well. I was about to report that this was the best way to get medication that frequently has stock issues, but it's actually just broken with basically no recourse to get it corrected.
Might change pharmacy again to do a reset.
Today I will learn whether or not it is possible to order this month's repeat prescription in the event that stock issues that result from the online pharmacy model mean that my prescription from the prior month wasn't yet delivered.
(I.e., waiting to see if the system can allow parallelized ordering of meds, I suspect it can't? but waiting to see)
Edit: confirmed! This seems like poor design.
