:neuro: Pixy's Journey :v_bi:<p>Been having several more crashes with the <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://toot.fedilab.app/@apps" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>apps</span></a></span> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/Fedilabs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fedilabs</span></a> app on my Android 😔<br>Every time I send the crash report email.<br>I've mentioned my user name a few times, as they requested that I'd inform them.<br>Did a small cache clean.<br>Did the whole cache clean...<br>Restarted the phone.</p><p>I just love the Fedilabs app the most! It just really suits my needs and wants for Mastodon!</p><p>I use others at times, and while they don't crash... They still aren't my preferred app to use...</p><p>I really hope they can sort out what is causing the app to crash all the time. I don't think my phone is too wonky for it? It's an "older" one, being a Samsung S22 Ultra. But the specs aren't that bad I thought for an app like this?</p><p>I hoped the cache clear would help. It had gathered quite a bit of data, so I figured it would be too much to handle?</p><p>If anyone else using the Fedilabs app has these issues, please use the crash report settings and share them with the devs. Hopefully that will provide them with all the info they need to find the best solution. 😊</p><p>I really :pixelheart: love the app! When I open the app. When I want to open a conversation. When I want to reply...</p><p>It also has issues with showing the profile names properly, at least for me...</p><p>I use an older phone, a Samsung S22 Ultra, but that should still be able to run the app, I recon. I clear cache every now and then, and that seems to help some.</p><p>I love the Fedilabs app, it's the one I prefer. But the crashes take some of the joy out of it. So I was wondering if more peopl have issues with it.</p><p>I tried to contact <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://toot.fedilab.app/@apps" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>apps</span></a></span> here a whole ago but never saw a reply. I keep sending error logs the app provides me with. I love how it shows the conversation when I click to reply. I love the options, the layout, the search for emojis... That's why I bought the app...</p><p>But... It keeps crashing on me! 😢 And I keep sending the reports. And never get a reply. Haven't seen an update since March either... Maybe you're working on an update now? With the reports about all the crashes?</p><p>Please let me know what I can do to prevent the app from crashing so often... Over the last few weeks, I've emailed the reports it made when it crashed... I have no idea if they show the receiver anything worthy that can help them fix the bug that keeps crashing it... It's my favorite app, but it does have some bugs...<br>It still doesn't show all the proper names in the toots (the name of the one who wrote the toots, on the time line). It's had issues for me with saving the draft, and then when I wanna work on it more, it's only got a few lines and not all that I saved... 🤔<br>And then the crashes that happen occasionally. But, as said, I've enabled the reports and I mail them to the email that the app gives me with the reports... And it's great to use an app that doesn't crash so often...<br>But in terms of functions/options, I do prefer <a href="https://beige.party/tags/Fedilabs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fedilabs</span></a>.<br>Why does it crash so often?<br>They asked for bug reports but I don't know where to find these... muıııo<p>Can anyone imagine what could be causing a <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/Pixelfed" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Pixelfed</span></a> profile to throw errors when trying to post an image via <a href="https://mst.muiiio.com/tags/Fedilabs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fedilabs</span></a> and via a mobile browser, but not have any issues posting the image from a desktop browser?</p>
