Just because you can make something doesn't mean you should.

And yes, these might be useful for people with additional needs to be able to play dice-based games, but I really don't think that's the market the makers are going for.

@Floppy my son used to go to a table-top wargaming club, and when this idea was discussed, they said they loved the dice. In fact the trend is for more and more D6 (as many as 15 at a time) , rather than 'efficient' D20.
