Hmm. Notice from TFL that from Monday 31 March, all non-folding e-bikes will be banned on the Tube, London Overground, Elizabeth line and DLR.
I wonder why folding e-bikes are exempt?
@CTD is any non-folding bike acceptable on TfL services? I know they're not on the Tyne and Wear Metro.
@vicarvernon I don’t know TBH. I assumed you could take them at off peak times. But maybe not.
@CTD @vicarvernon I've taken a non-folder on the DLR (Saturday morning) and also the old East London Line (definitely off-peak only though) but both of those were 10+ years ago.
@zimpenfish @CTD I looked it up, off peak seems okay. Generally.
