Want to install a JS and CSS minifier, so having to update npm, node, and brew (in reverse order.) Yay.

@d6y I think it has, but still have some remaining dread that I've messed up something that won't be apparent for a couple of weeks
@paulsilver @d6y I like the use of docker for this until docker needs upgrading, at which point I just get a new laptop. If you see me carting 5 laptops into the Skiff, this is why.
