@mattedgar Saw this on the news this morning. Such an easy intervention that produces improved health, NHS savings and better lives. Win, win, win.

@theaardvark @mattedgar But it also shows a broken system. We end up having to create a bureaucratic process to "prescribe" an absence of the basic conditions for health. Many of the best interventions for good health are not medical but medicalising them just puts more pressure on a system that is barely functioning
