Interested in the points on NHS Agenda for Change. In my probably unpopular and definitely very niche opinion, it's entirely possible to accommodate digital specialists within AfC, and as NHS staff it's right that we do
3 things needed to make it work:
1. Value experience equivalent to qualifications
2. Recognise that the work of digital is policy and service improvement
3. Give specialists the freedom to act appropriate to their band
Do these things and AfC is your friend. If you don't your digital roles were probably set up to fail in any case
