It's fun, I decided to do a run for the islands achievement and the legitimacy in particular makes it a lot more difficult to get away with stuff like disinheriting without pissing people off.
I'm secluded away in Iceland for my capital so haven't had to worry about plagues too much but it seems to have been done well.
Legends seem fun too, though I haven't quite grasped the ins and outs of them yet.
@adaliabooks yeah, on my test play i LOVED legitimacy.
It doesn't stop you doing things like marrying a commoner or disinheriting. but it means those are legit disruptive to the kingdom, as they should be.
Exactly, it makes it more of a choice, rather than just marrying whatever commoner had the best stats or traits you now have to consider whether it's worth the legitimacy hit. Same for disinheriting.
It would be nice if there was some easier ways to increase it, but I imagine it will get tweaked over time.
