@ligma @zdl @valoisdubins you can't "sans healthcare" it. That's the point really to the UK model (as it was planned and designed). It comes down to the concept of "Cradle to the Grave" support across all the key wants in life, to provide freedom to achieve.
I appreciate we're not going to agree on this, and I'm not trying to persuade you. But I do highly recommend reading the Beverage Report, which is where the UK concept comes from. I think you'll find it interesting.
