Mine was Tempest 2000.
I actually never bought another Jaguar game after I got the system to play Tempest. 
While I actually would want to try Alien vs Predator, I honestly can't see myself playing it with that controller.
Just thinking about it makes my hands hurt.

@UKFilmNerd@mastodon.me.uk@OutofPrintArchive that was another great one. A friend had the Jaguar, so I played on it quite a bit. He got quite a lot of games, including the bad ones and even the cdrom add-on as well. Shame it made it look like a toilet. 
Atari did the cat toilet a decade before Xbox tried to copy them with the cat helmet.
