Made lemon and lime marmalade today. Screwed it up. Taking it badly and consoling myself with a decent bottle of wine.
To be fair, on re-examining the recipe, it's wrong.
The only problem now is said decent bottle of wine is now having an adverse effect on the household's evening meal.
