Whenever I talk to people about abusive big tech, people ask me why I *do* trust
Apple (more than the others); this is why.

Rather than backdoor their security, they'd rather just disable it completely for people in countries that don't allow it. IMO, that's the right decision on their part, though utterly stupid on the part of our government, as ever.
