The #ltfc stadium looks horrendously out of date for a Premier League side.
My prediction
@30yrdscreamer Derby county licking their lips here. They've got to be wondering if they can finally get rid of that worst PL team monicker.
@danielholt I was wondering the same myself. I think derby only won 1 game and got 12 points? I should really check before I post
@30yrdscreamer so now I've checked:
Derby won 1, drew 8 and lost 29. 11 points for the season.
@30yrdscreamer iirc they got a point at Old Trafford and I lost my mind and broke the door (I was like 15).
@danielholt I was living near Nottingham at the time and knew a load of Derby fans. They were very sad mostly
@30yrdscreamer could be worse...they could have to live in Derby.
@danielholt yeah. Not been for years but it was a bit of a dump when I (very rarely) went out on the drinking there.
@30yrdscreamer My understanding is that they spent all summer just to shore up their stadium to meet basic PL standards.
@mattmay I think they did. It just looks like it's from the old 1st Division though. Based solely on what I'm watching on Sky - it's seems oddly quiet for a first home PL game. To be fair though, the game isn't very exciting.
@30yrdscreamer Well, technically, last time they were in the top flight, it _was_ an old First Division stadium.
