Yesterday I hosted a call with a ton of Directors and VPs. One of the updates brought was on a massive capital purchase from a supplier in Canada. I inquired about tariffs and they looked at me like I was nuts. "Uh, we already paid for the order before the tariffs." [Fun story! That's not how it works.]

Me thinks they are in denial, and in for a very expensive shock. Guess we'll see.
