It looked awful initially but after cooking it was much better.Whilst it won’t win awards it was quite tasty and a good use of some leftovers I found when defrosting the freezer yesterday.

The first bit is simply being able to take holidays at all. As a youngster this was not something that happened often. Was probably about once every 4 years in my childhood.
