fak<p>Naughty, naughty. Such a shame when a small minority of people ruin the reputation of others with their selfish behaviour. Unfortunately the volunteers who put <a href="https://toot.community/tags/parkrun" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>parkrun</span></a> on every work can't control every participant's behaviour: they can only set out the rules and expectations (such as staying out of the bike lane and not being verbally abusive) and deal with incidents after they happen (as you can't prevent every potential problem, just try to mitigate against them). <a href="https://road.cc/content/news/cyclist-broke-arm-when-parkrunner-cut-cycle-lane-315399" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">road.cc/content/news/cyclist-b</span><span class="invisible">roke-arm-when-parkrunner-cut-cycle-lane-315399</span></a></p>

Für mich persönlich hat eine neue Jahresbestzeit beim Parkrun aber schon eine Bedeutung.</p><p><a href="https://www.dermenschlaeuft.de/neue-jahresbestzeit-beim-parkrun/" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">dermenschlaeuft.de/neue-jahres</span><span class="invisible">bestzeit-beim-parkrun/</span></a></p><p><a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/laufen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>laufen</span></a> <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>running</span></a> <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/mannheim" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>mannheim</span></a> <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/mastodonlauftreff" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>mastodonlauftreff</span></a> <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/sport" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>sport</span></a></p>

In the end I was ok with it as it saved me two full days. <br> <br> During my business trip Trondheim felt always a bit sleepy and boring, but this impression changed towards the better during my stay. After landing I took the train to Lade and after some siesta I went for a run to explore a bit and find out where the <a href="https://pixelfed.de/discover/tags/parkrun?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#parkrun</a> would take place.
jendefer<p>Another hot <a href="https://dice.camp/tags/ParkRun" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ParkRun</span></a> today, but not as rough as last week. We had cloud cover for the first half, which helped a lot, and this week I remembered my cooling towel and I soaked my shirt prior to the start. My times are definitely slower than they were for my first ParkRuns, but that's the difference between winter and summer in Arizona.</p>

Went for coffee with my friend afterwards. She’s recently taken up ‘joggling’ (juggling whilst running) and is hoping to be good enough to complete a sponsored joggling Parkrun by the end of year to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind. Here’s a video of her practising at Pendine Sands at the beginning of the holidays 😀</p><p><a href="https://youtu.be/5Q4nFLVFUOo?si=5uBrpSZdnAxzjcTU" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">youtu.be/5Q4nFLVFUOo?si=5uBrpS</span><span class="invisible">ZdnAxzjcTU</span></a></p>
