Scaffolding is often used by social architects + community builders to 'stage' protests, sit-ins, art installations, and mutual aid pop-ups. These collages I made explore the bricolage of scrap materials scraped together by a community to create collective spaces and to activate new possibilities of commoning.

Excellent article on the #Commons as a Legal Concept by Maria Rosaria Marella.

"In this paper it [is] argued that by unbundling the bundle of rights, rights of
use and access can be disarticulated from ownership as sticks that can be allocated
to other people, social groups and communities."

Very helpful for trying to make sense of our #farm_club practice of #commoning the labor process, without falling back into old categories of ownership and employment.
