"Mandurah’s newest repair cafe is giving locals an opportunity to have their broken treasures repaired, reused and transformed by a group of crafty volunteers.

"With their ethos being to reduce as much landfill as possible, the skilled volunteers are fixing clothes, furniture, electrical appliances, bicycles, crockery, toys and more at the cafe, which opened last month.

"The group is led by #FalconCommunityMenshed president Ben Curnow and was given start-up support by #LakelandsRepairCafe, which operates in the Lakelands Shopping Centre on the second and fourth Saturday of each month."

We were short on fixers this month but despite that we managed:

37 repairs in total 😲.

2 end of life 🪦.
2 mysteries 🕵🏻.

In stappen begint er een mooie samenwerking te ontstaan tussen steeds meer gemeenschappen die in het verlengde van elkaar te liggen, zoals #opensource, #Linux, #hackerspace en #repaircafe.

Zo ligt mijn linux.vooreenbeginner.nl/ mooi in het verlengde van @RepairCafeInternational en @nllgg. De @nluug is weer iets meer gericht op de professional die Linux/Unix dagelijks gebruikt. Momenteel is er ook @why2025camp met bijvoorbeeld @angrynerdspodcast die er verslag van doet.

Unha pantalla de 65" é demasiado grande e delicada, e acabou por escachar cando a estabamos a montar de novo.

Quédame a honra de que o problema da retroiluminación quedou arranxado. :blobjoy:

Estes días púxenme a revisar o problema da retroiluminación.
Murphy manda, e cada vez que abría o televisor todo estaba OK.

Hoxe por fin puiden confirmar o problema que estes días iba e viña: das 8 liñas de LEDs, a número 5 estaba cortada, e a 7 daba unha intensidade máis alta e un voltaxe máis baixo que as demáis.

Tiven que desmontar completamente a tele. Cambiei as tiras de LEDs con éxito, pero o problema veu ó montar novamente o panel.
