Picked up the free trial of #MarvelUnlimited to read the #Gwenpool exclusive Infinity comics and it's fine. The vertical comics thing is great but I can't read a normal comic on my phone so it's basically become a giant (paid) shop window for comics I need to buy...

@alice_digest - I never got into comic books, aside from the occasional omnibus, but the Marvel Unlimited and DC Infinite apps have allowed me to fully dive in and fall in love with so many great stories (currently trying to make my way through classic Spider-Man, which is often a joy).

And this morning my bus commute included finishing the Gwenpool romance comic on Marvel Unmounted. A lovely little arc with the sort of representation that makes my soul happy.

Some 28 years after failing to finish it (mainly thanks to the crossovers blowing my tweenage budget), I've finally finished Age of Apocalypse!
Really loving #MarvelUnlimited combined with my #GalaxyFold. It's reignited my long-lost love for #comics & the writing and artwork of some of the more modern releases is really something to behold. Time to read an issue is perfect for bedtime reading, & probably healthier than the usual doomscrolling
