Winter jacket needed today
@kevie I've noticed it's usually about the equinox that I need to start wearing a jacket again.
@Tritium we can very rarely go without a jacket, but it's now time for the heavier variety
@kevie I've also got more "natural insulation" than you.

@kevie here it's been raining nonstop all autumn. 
@basil out summer lasted for the past two weeks, that has been all of the dry weather that we have had. Worst May-August in my living memory 
@kevie NE England had a hellishly wet spring. Summer was probably slightly drier than average but not particularly sunny or warm. So it took months for the ground to dry out.
