Planning my #run for tomorrow in an unfamiliar location! 5k at half marathon pace to Sandwell Valley, then run the #parkrun (as fast as I can) and then 5k back at an easy pace. 15k total. This might get messy! #sandwell #sandwellvalley #sandwellvalleyparkrun
@delanthear that’s a really good plan and a long #run I often do, with a #parkrun in the middle. Might virtually join you tomorrow if the #sourdough gets baked out on time
