@neil @chrisgerhard or you do like 1password and you make it possible to download a recovery sheet, which is basically a 1 page PDF that you can print and keep somewhere safe for your next of kin to unlock everything should you pass away.
@brunogirin @neil @chrisgerhard I am deliberately NOT leaving any of my significant passwords written down anywhere, because I (and my computers) know too many secrets belonging to too many people. Much better, when I'm gone, for those secrets to be gone too.

What I like about the 1password approach is that it gives you the choice: if you want your account to be recoverable, download the sheet. If you'd rather not, do nothing.
