Still buzzing after last night's social group ride.

We headed North through Everton, with a brief pause to check out the new mini-roads practice/play road network.

From there we dropped down to the dock road to Bootle; then switched onto the canal up to Rimrose Valley Park and across to Crosby beach for the sunset.

We'd had a short stop to fix a puncture, so the bus bar had just closed when we got there.

Not to worry, we headed back to Bootle to the Lock & Quay for a pint, and to share bags of chips after H and N did a run to the chippy.
