Today's #FolkRidingBikes adventure involves the train to Chester, then a ride back round the Wirral coast to Birkenhead in time to catch the Wax + Gears pedal-powered gig at Futureyard.
Our #FolkRidingBikes group #InTheSaddle ride from Chester to Birkenhead ended up being a little damp
Lovely route though, and still excellent fun. Chippy stop at Parkgate and the bike-powered gig at #FutureYard was great.
(I accidentally left the GoPro recording, so drained the battery quite early on) here's some video from it:
Here's our route. 37.4 miles (60km) in 6 hours (including a lunch stop)

@amcewen what’s the elevation change in that ride?
@dylanmorgan According to the GPX it ranges from 44m to 89m.
Pretty flat from memory, as it's basically following the coast. I'm rather surprised to see that 44m was the lowest elevation, given a load of it was along the edge of the beach!
