@PoliceStateUK i would try get people off WhatApp, but end-to-end encryption is.. end-to-end, at the ends of it, all bets are off..
If you talk to untrustworthy people that report you, the application can't help you.. (well maybe by keeping you account anonymous)
The metadata, however, apparently Signal can avoid a lot of it, and Tor can too..
And abuse does happen, so maybe reporting should be a thing.. If it doesn't break something else..
